How Our Service Works
AIO Video Downloader does not host, upload, or store any copyrighted content on our servers. Our service functions as a technical tool that processes publicly available URLs provided by users. The content itself is hosted on third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and others. We do not control what users choose to download, and we encourage all users to respect copyright laws.

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or specific location.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification including your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction. Counter-notifications will be processed in accordance with DMCA procedures.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to block URLs or restrict access to our service for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or violate our terms of service.
